Before you log-in and make the bid, in order to get our HUD NAID#... you will need to email: AgentLiaison@eexecutiverealty.com a $1,000 cashier's check/money order made out to HUD (or $500 if property is under $50,000) along with the client initialed and signed paperwork (contract & ALL required addendums initialed & signed in blue ink) CALL the office or Larry or Lenny to confirm receiving the files and get the NAID# to log-in and make the bid.
If you are the winning bidder... You will need to drop off the contract in a timely fashion so that we have a few hours to get your contract processed and signed by the broker... All accepted HUD Bids must have the original contract submitted to the office for the Brokers signature!
NO EXCEPTIONS.
